Returns and Refunds
Customers can return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. The glasses must not have been used and with the original accessories. In the event of a return, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. For more information, please contact customer service.
Before sending the item back, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been met correctly.
The item you wish to return must be:
– sent back within 10 days from the date we accept the return request.
– clean, unused and undamaged.
– returned complete with all its parts and accessories, including lenses.
– sent in its original packaging.
Dispatch must be notified same day of returning item confirming tracking number if possible.
Shipping costs, both of purchase and return, are charged to the customer.
Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days of the return.
The refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase. Additional PayPal fees will not be refunded.
