HOW TO RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS
Our best reward is knowing that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Before returning the item, make sure that all of the following conditions have been met correctly.
The item you want to return must be:
- returned within 10 days from the date we accepted the return request.
- clean, unused and undamaged.
- complete with all its parts and accessories, including lenses.
- sent in its original packaging.
The shipment must be notified the same day the item is returned, with the confirmation of the tracking number, if possible.
If all of the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued. On the contrary, the return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs, both for purchase and return, are charged to the customer.
Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days of return.
The refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase. Additional PayPal fees will not be refunded.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the return date depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
