Our best advertisement is knowing that our customers are completely satisfied of their purchase.

If, for any reason, you shouldn't be satisfied of your order, you can return the purchased item within 30 days from the delivery date.

Before returning your purchase be sure that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • the article must be sent back maximum 10 days after our return grant
  • the article must be clean and not damaged
  • the article must be sent back complete of all its parts and accessories
  • the article must be inside its original case
  • the shipment must be notified the same day and the customer must give us tracking numbers when available
  • all returning articles will be go through our quality control
  • if the our quality control should give negative results, we will not be able to accept the return.

If all the above conditions are satisfied, we will refund the product total to your account. If, instead, the above conditions are NOT satisfied, we will not be able to make any refund.

The shipment costs are covered by the customer.

The lenses are not refundable if the frame is returned.

Ottica Occhiblu will not accept exchanges before having received the return.

Ottica Occhiblu will not refund returns that don't satisfy the above conditions; you will have the possibility to request a return of the article purchased at the same conditions at which Ottica Occhiblu has received it, at your own expenses, maximum 30 days from our notification of receipt.

Refunds will be elaborated in maximum 30 working days from the return.

The refund will be elaborated on the same credit card or on the PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Extra costs from PayPal will not be refunded.

You will find the refund on your account maximum 1 or 2 cycles of invoicing starting from the return date, depending on your bank and credit card politics.
