- Warm the eyes: before starting the massage, it is advisable to warm the eyes to fluidize the secretion in the Meibonian ducts. You can do this by using a washcloth soaked in warm water or a heated gel mask. The application of this heat should last 7-10 minutes to adequately prepare the eyes for the massage.
