Your order will be shipped worldwide within 1 business day if the items are in stock. If one or more items ordered are not available immediately, we will send an email within 1 business day with the estimated waiting time. The waiting time is approximate and depends on the availability of our suppliers.
Depending on the country to which the order is intended, delivery times vary as follows:
- Italy: 1 working day (islands 2 working days)
- EU/UK: 1 to 2 working days
- USA/CANADA: 3 to 4 business days
- Resto del mondo: 4 to 6 working days
Ottica Occhiblu relies on TNT for national shipments and DHL for national and international shipments. Both couriers guarantee fast, safe and reliable shipping.The telephone number requested at checkout will be used by the courier in case of non-delivery or other problems. In case of non-delivery, the courier will contact the recipient to reorganize the delivery with further instructions.
Every order is traceable through the websites of the shipping companies. At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email with the unique tracking number for tracking the shipment.
2. TAXES FOR EU COUNTRIES
All prices on the website include VAT for EU countries, unless otherwise indicated.
3. TAXES FOR EXTRA-EU COUNTRIES
For all customers living outside the European Union, the price does not include any taxes. For this reason, you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the sunglasses and optical frames reach your country. Any customs costs are charged to the recipient.
We use DHL as a logistics company to ensure fast delivery to our customers. As regards the customs clearance process, DHL proceeds by anticipating the customs duties that will be requested from the recipient at the time of delivery. We emphasize that DHL does not offer a "temporary customs clearance" service, therefore Ottica Occhiblu will not accept returns of products that have not been previously customs clearance by the recipient. Since each non-EU country establishes different customs conditions, Ottica Occhiblu can neither control nor predict these charges and their final amount. 4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products on sale. The shipping cost will be added up at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We guarantee that every transaction made on www.otticaocchiblu.com is safe.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer: only in Italy.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card, the latter only for payments in Euros and USD.
- PayPal: in addition to the PayPal account service, this system allows you to use Discover and other cards, without being registered with them.
- Klarna: allows payment in three convenient interest-free installments.
6. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
The sunglasses and eyeglasses are delivered with their original packaging, with the packaging provided by the different brands. All our products are packaged carefully and safely in order to protect them from impacts and thermal exposure. In case of damaged packaging, we suggest refusal of delivery and contact Ottica Occhiblu immediately.
All items purchased on the Ottica Occhiblu online store are 100% original and authentic.
All items are delivered in their original case with a certificate of authenticity and accessories.
All items are covered by a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase against production defects.
Before each shipment, the staff of Ottica Occhiblu scrupulously checks the status of the product which must exceed a quality standard in order to be processed. If the product does not pass the quality control, the customer will be informed about it and any possible delay in the final shipment.
We suggest that the customer check the conditions of the product, case and shipping box upon arrival and contact Ottica Occhiblu through the email email@example.com to report any defect or malfunction.
Our best reward is knowing that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Before returning the item, make sure that all of the following conditions have been met correctly.
The item you want to return must be:
– returned within 10 days from the date we accepted the return request.
– clean, unused and undamaged.
– complete with all its parts and accessories, including lenses.
– sent in its original packaging.
The shipment must be notified the same day the item is returned, with the confirmation of the tracking number, if possible.
If all of the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued. On the contrary, the return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs, both for purchase and return, are charged to the customer.
Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days of return.
The refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase. Additional PayPal fees will not be refunded.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the return date depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
