Shipments

If an order is lost during a non-EU shipment, it will be our task to contact the courier to resolve any problem.
The order, if confirmed lost, will be canceled and refunded or shipped again depending on the customer's preference.
For all customers living outside the European Union, the price does not include any taxes and customs duties. For this reason you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the purchased item reaches your country.

Returns and Refunds
We offer the possibility of return within 30 days of ordering, excluding ophthalmic lenses and personalized sun filters*.
The product must be returned within 10 days of approval of the return by our team and must be intact, unused and in the original packaging.
If these conditions are met, the refund will be made and you will receive a confirmation via email. The refund will be credited within 6 business days and will be made to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
*In compliance with the provisions of article 55, paragraph 2, letter c), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal (provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005), cancellation or return is excluded in the case of related orders to customized products.
If you wish to proceed with the return of a purchased item, we invite you to follow the steps below, thus ensuring a clear and formally correct process:

2. Order Management:
Navigate to the "Your Orders" section within your profile.
3.Select the Item to Return:
Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Return Request" next to the selected product.
4. Indication of the Reason for Return:
Please select the reason why the item is subject to return, thus providing useful details for the return approval by our team.
5. Wait for confirmation of the Return Request :
Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your request has been processed by our team.
6.Return Instructions:
Wait for a further communication via email that will confirm or not the return and will provide you with all the further instructions.
The fee for the return service is fixed at € 18.00 (eighteen euro) for shipments from Italy and at € 30.00 (thirty euro) for shipments from other countries.
Additional PayPal charges and shipping costs will not be refunded.
