Ottica Occhiblu presents a careful selection of glasses and accessories from the most renowned luxury brands. We guarantee the authenticity of each item, accompanied by the relevant manufacturer's certificate of authenticity.
Through our website, we offer two purchase methods:
- you can place orders as a visitor, without the need to create an account
- or sign up for a personalized experience. By creating an account, you will have access to exclusive benefits such as order and shipping tracking, simplified returns management and the ability to save your favorite items to your wish list.
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped anywhere in the world within 1 (one) working day. Orders placed after midday (12:00 PM CET), Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped on the first working day.

In the event that one or more of the items ordered are not immediately available, our team will send a communication via email within one working day , providing an estimate of the expected waiting time. This estimate is purely indicative and may vary based on the availability of our suppliers.
Do you want a product with customized lenses?
In the event that one or more of the items ordered require the customization of ophthalmic lenses or with sun filters, shipping times vary from 3 to 6 days (based on the strength and special treatments required for the lenses).
Our team will send a communication via email indicating the correct shipping times for your frame with customized lenses.
2. DELIVERY METHODS
Occhiblu Opticians relies on:
- TNT for national shipments
- DHL for national and international shipments.
Both shipping services ensure fast, safe and reliable delivery.
The telephone number requested during the checkout process will be used by the courier in situations of non-delivery or any complications.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the courier will be able to contact the recipient directly to reschedule the delivery and provide further instructions if necessary.
The ability to monitor the status of the order is made available via the websites of the shipping companies. At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email notification containing the Tracking Number which will be useful for following the shipment route.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products on sale and will be added at checkout . It is important to note that shipping costs are not subject to refunds.

The Express Shipping service is ideal for those who need to receive their purchases urgently.
If the product you purchased is not immediately available, the cost incurred for Express Shipping will be credited back to you by our team.
4. CUSTOMS COSTS
For all customers living outside the European Union, the price does not include any taxes . For this reason, you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when sunglasses and optical frames reach your country.
Any customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
We use DHL as a logistics company to guarantee our customers speed in delivery.
As regards the customs clearance process, DHL proceeds by anticipating the customs duties that will be requested from the recipient at the time of delivery.
We underline that DHL does not offer a "temporary customs clearance" service, therefore Ottica Occhiblu will not accept returns of products that have not first been cleared through customs by the recipient.
Since each non-EU country establishes different customs conditions, Ottica Occhiblu can neither control nor predict these charges and their final amount.

For EU countries , all prices on the website include VAT or VAT , unless otherwise stated.
5. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

6. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
All our products are carefully and securely packaged to protect them from impacts and thermal exposure.
The sunglasses and eyeglasses are delivered with their original packaging and with the packaging provided by the different brands.
In case of damaged packaging, we suggest refusing delivery and invite you to contact Ottica Occhiblu immediately via the contact section or the email address sales@otticaocchiblu.com .
7. WARRANTY
All items available in the Ottica Occhiblu online store are 100% authentic.
They are delivered together with their original case, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and complete accessories.
Furthermore, all items are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defects.
Before each shipment, our Ottica Occhiblu team carries out a rigorous quality control to ensure that the product meets quality standards. In the event that the product does not pass this check, the customer will be promptly informed of the details of the problem and of any delays in shipping.

8. RETURN
We firmly believe in the importance of ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, in the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of making a return within thirty (30) days of receiving the order.
