Ottica Occhiblu offers a carefully curated selection of glasses and accessories from the most renowned luxury brands.
We guarantee the authenticity of every item, accompanied by the relevant manufacturer’s certificate of authenticity when included.
Through our website, we offer two purchasing options:
- you can place orders as a guest, without the need to create an account
- or register for a personalized experience. By creating an account, you will have access to exclusive benefits such as order and shipment tracking, simplified returns management, and the ability to save your favorite items to your wishlist.
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped anywhere in the world within 2 business days. Orders placed after noon (12:00 PM CET), on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

If one or more of the ordered items are not immediately available, our team will send an email notification as soon as possible, providing an estimated waiting time. This estimate is purely indicative and may vary depending on the availability of our suppliers.
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you at the moment we transfer the products to the courier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
Do you want a product with customized lenses?
If one or more of the ordered items require customization of ophthalmic lenses or sun filters, the shipping times vary from 3 to 8 business days (depending on the prescription and special treatments requested for the lenses).
2. DELIVERY METHODS
Ottica Occhiblu relies on:
- Poste Italiane for national shipments.
- DHL and UPS for national and international shipments.
Both shipping services ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery.
The phone number provided during checkout will be used by the courier in case of failed delivery or any complications.
In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will be able to contact the recipient directly to reschedule the delivery and provide further instructions if necessary.
The ability to track the order status is made available through the shipping companies’ websites. At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email notification containing the Tracking Number, which will be useful to follow the shipment’s progress.
By default, if you refuse customs clearance and the package is returned or destroyed, we do not refund or compensate.

Please note: once we hand over your item(s) to the courier, the package is managed by a different provider. While we understand that delays can be frustrating, once the order is in the courier’s hands, any issues are beyond our control and must be addressed with the courier directly. We can contact them on your behalf to try to resolve any problems and will do our best to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
FAILED DELIVERY AND RESHIPMENT
In the event that a shipment is returned to the sender due to failed delivery (for example, due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to pick up at the delivery point indicated by the courier), Ottica Occhiblu will resend the order at a cost of €10 for shipments within the EU, except in cases where the address error is attributable to Ottica Occhiblu.
A cost of 10€ will be applied for each additional shipping attempt.
For shipments outside the EU:

If customs duties payment is refused, no refund of the order will be made.

In case of return to sender due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or failure to collect, you will need to contact Ottica Occhiblu to arrange a second shipment; additional costs may apply.
If an EU customer no longer wishes to receive the order after it has been returned to the sender due to failed delivery, Ottica Occhiblu may refund the amount paid, retaining 30€ to cover handling and shipping expenses incurred.
For shipments outside the EU, Ottica Occhiblu will deduct any customs costs and shipping handling fees from the refund.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be added at checkout.
It is important to emphasize that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Express Shipping service is ideal for those who need to receive their purchases urgently.
4. CUSTOMS COSTS
For all customers living outside the European Union, the price does not include any taxes. For this reason, you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when sunglasses and optical frames reach your country.
Any customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
We use DHL as our logistics company to ensure fast delivery for our customers.
Regarding the customs clearance process, DHL advances the customs duties which will be charged to the recipient upon delivery.
We emphasize that DHL does not offer a “temporary customs clearance” service, so Ottica Occhiblu will not accept returns of products that have not been cleared by customs by the recipient first..
Since each non-EU country sets different customs conditions, Ottica Occhiblu cannot control or predict such charges and their final amount.

For EU countries, all prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
5. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
We guarantee that every transaction made on www.otticaocchiblu.com is secure and protected by our encrypted system.
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
If the chosen payment option is bank transfer, you must complete the payment within a maximum of 48 hours from the order date, using the bank details IT23N0200802216000012470502.
After completing the payment, send a copy of the receipt to the email address sales@otticaocchiblu.comYour order will be shipped only upon receipt of payment.
Credit Card
We accept the following cards worldwide: Visa, Mastercard, Diners & Discovery, and American Express for payments in Euro and USD.
PayPal

To pay with a coupon or receive a discount, simply enter it in the appropriate field during checkout “Discount Code or Gift Voucher”
6. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
All our products are carefully and securely packed to protect them from impacts and thermal exposure.
Sunglasses and prescription glasses are delivered with their original packaging and the packaging provided by the respective brands.
In case of damaged packaging, we suggest refusing delivery and invite you to contact Ottica Occhiblu immediately via the contact section or the email address sales@otticaocchiblu.com.
7. WARRANTY
All items available in the Ottica Occhiblu online store are 100% authentic.
They are delivered together with their original case, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and complete accessories.
Additionally, all items are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects.
Before every shipment, our Ottica Occhiblu team performs a strict quality check to ensure the product meets quality standards. If the product does not pass this check, the customer will be promptly informed of the problem details and any shipping delays.
We invite customers to carefully check the condition of the product, case, and packaging upon arrival and to contact us via the email address sales@otticaocchiblu.com to report any defect or malfunction found.
8. RETURN
We firmly believe in the importance of ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to make a return within thirty (30) days of receiving the order.
To carry out a proper refund procedure and verify the costs, we invite you to read and follow the instructions found on the Returns page.
OCCHIBLU PROTECTED RETURN
With the Occhiblu Protected Return, available during checkout at the cost of 15 €, you can return your order without incurring additional shipping costs for the return.
If you add the service at the time of purchase, if you decide to return the glasses, you just need to open a return request from your profile within the terms provided by our Returns policy. We will take care of creating the shipping label and booking the home pickup via courier.
How it works
- Add the service Occhiblu Protected Return during checkout at the cost of 15 €.
- Receive your order and try it with peace of mind.
- If you wish to make a return within 30 days from delivery, open a return request from your account or contact our customer service.
- We will organize the pickup and return shipping, with no additional shipping costs charged to you.

What it does not include
The service does not modify or extend the conditions provided by our standard return policy.
Does not cover:
- Products damaged due to improper use.
- Modified or personalized products.
- Items excluded from the right of withdrawal under current legislation.
- Returns requested after the 30 days from delivery.

What if I don’t purchase the Protected Return?
You can still request a return according to our standard return policy.
In this case, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
Approximately:
- Italy: cost of 18 €
- Rest of the world: we can provide a DHL label with costs generally starting from 30 €, variable depending on the country of origin and the shipment value. Alternatively, you can use a courier of your choice by following the instructions on our dedicated returns page.
Terms and conditions
- The service is non-refundable once the order is completed and delivered.
- It must be purchased at the same time as the order.
- It cannot be added after the purchase.
- It can be used only once per order.
- It is valid exclusively for the order it is associated with.
- In case of a partial return, the service is still considered used.
- The product refund will follow the timing and methods provided by Occhiblu’s return policy.
