Return Policy
Your trust is our priority.
We firmly believe in the value of full satisfaction of our customers; therefore, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of making a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.
It is important to underline that ophthalmic lenses* and sun filters* - customized according to specific needs - are excluded from the possibility of return and refund due to their tailor-made nature.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please ensure that your product meets the following criteria:
- Intact and unused, complete with all its components, accessories included, and without any sign of use or damage. The security seal must remain intact.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Send back within 10 days of our consent to the return.
If the return meets all the criteria listed above, we will proceed with the refund.
Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
*In compliance with the provisions of article 55, paragraph 2, letter c), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal (provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005), cancellation or return is excluded in the case of related orders to customized products.
Refund Methods and Times
If you return products in accordance with our return policy, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be credited within approximately six (6) business days of the return.
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase within one or two billing cycles from the return date depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
PayPal additional fees and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Remember that:
- The shipment must be notified the same day you return the item confirming the tracking number, if possible.
- Responsibility for the products is yours until we receive them back.
- Items used, damaged or without a seal cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Fee
The fee for the return service is fixed at € 18.00 (eighteen euro) for shipments from Italy and at € 30.00 (thirty euro) for shipments from other countries
Return Request Procedure
If you purchased via login:
- Access to the Customer Area: Log in to your customer area on the otticaocchiblu.com website using your registered account data.
- Order Management: Navigate to the "Your orders" section within your profile.
- Selecting the Item to Return: Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click on "Return Request" next to the selected product.
- Indication of Return Reason: Select the reason why the item is subject to return, thus providing useful details for the approval of the return by our team.
- Await Confirmation of Return Request: once you submit your return request, you will receive a confirmation email stating that it has been taken care of by our team. And the request for payment of the shipping fee
- Pay the return fee by following the instructions provided. The return fee will be € 18.00 for shipments from Italy or € 30.00 for shipments from other countries.
- Return Instructions: wait for a further email communication that will confirm the return and provide you with all further shipping instructions
- As soon as our staff receives the package, they will check the integrity of the product and - if eligible - will be sure to refund 100% of the cost of the product directly to your account.
If the value of the product is less than 30€ or you purchased as a guest, send your return request to sales@otticaocchiblu.com, indicating the order number and the name and code of the items you want to return. Our Customer Service will contact you within 48 working hours.
